By using Campsend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

Campsend lets you send files to other people via expiring links. We host the files, deliver email notifications, and provide tracking for opens and downloads.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to use Campsend. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links secure. Do not share sign-in links or use Campsend to impersonate someone else.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Campsend to send malware, illegal content, spam, or material that violates someone else’s rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this rule.

4. Storage and limits

Free accounts have usage limits described on the pricing page. Paid accounts have higher limits. We may change limits or pricing with notice.

5. Disclaimers

Campsend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that files will always be delivered or that the service will be available without interruption.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Campsend's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $0 if you use the free plan.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the last updated date.
