Sent and returned on the same page.

You send the agreement. They print it, sign it, scan it and email it back to whichever address they happened to reply to. Then you go looking for it in a thread three weeks later.

Sent and returned in one place

Turn on replies and the delivery page becomes two-way. They download the agreement, sign it and upload it back on the same page. It lands on the delivery in your Sent list, next to what you sent them.

No account for the other side, no app, no invitation to a system they will use once.

A record that outlives the file

Campsend keeps a history of every delivery for a year: when you sent it, when it was first opened, when a file was first downloaded, when you revoked the link.

The names are written down when it happens. Delete the delivery and the history still says what was sent and to whom, because the record does not depend on the record it describes.

Access you control

Links stop working after 30 days. Revoke one earlier and it stops immediately. If a matter closes, you are not leaving a live link behind.

Where it doesn't fit

This is not e-signature. Nobody signs inside Campsend. If you want a signature captured in the browser, use a signing product and send the executed copy with this.

There is no end-to-end encryption, no matter management and no client portal. Campsend does the handover and the record of it, and stops there.
