← Who it's for

Creative agencies

One price for your whole agency.

Forty deliveries a month, six people sending them, and a client asking whether the files ever arrived.

They go out through a shared drive, and somebody writes the email explaining which folder. A week later a producer asks whether the client opened it and nobody knows.

Campsend sends one delivery to one person, on a page carrying the agency's name, and records when it was opened and when a file was downloaded.

One price, however many people send

Studio is for up to 5 people, Studio Pro for up to 15 and Team for as many as you need. Each one is a flat monthly price. Adding somebody doesn't change the bill.

That matters most for the people who send twice a month: the producer, the freelancer on a six-week contract, the account manager with one thing to hand over. At $24 a seat those four cost $96 a month whether they send anything or not. On Team they cost nothing extra, because Team is $199 whether you're ten people or fifty.

Everyone in a workspace sends from the same storage: 1 TB on Studio, 3 TB on Studio Pro, 8 TB on Team. The files each person uploads stay theirs, so somebody leaving takes their work with them and gives the space back.

Every delivery carries the agency's name

Your name, your logo and your color sit on every delivery page, on every plan including the free one. A paid plan puts a cover image behind it, so the page opens on the work instead of on our layout.

It's the last page a client sees before they pay the invoice, which is a strange place to be showing them somebody else's brand.

You know when it arrived

Campsend records when a delivery is first opened and when a file is first downloaded, and puts both on the Sent page. That's on every plan.

So when the note on the call is that nobody has had a chance to look yet, you already know whether that's true. What download tracking does and doesn't tell you.

What one delivery holds

One delivery takes 20 files and up to 50 GB on Studio, 75 GB on Studio Pro and 100 GB on Team. The link works for 30 days, then stops on its own, or the moment you revoke it.

Large files upload in parts, so a graded export doesn't have to arrive in one request. A paid plan connects your own S3, Cloudflare R2 or Backblaze B2 bucket, and files kept there stop counting against the shared allowance.

Where it doesn't fit

Campsend sends to one person at a time. A delivery for a five-person client team means five deliveries, because knowing who opened it only works when one person is on the other end.

It isn't a shared folder and it doesn't sync. If the agency and the client are working on the same files for weeks, keep Dropbox or Drive for that part and use Campsend for the handover. There's no review timeline, no frame-accurate comments and no player either. Frame.io does that, and does it well.

The Drive half of that has a longer version: why a shared drive is the wrong shape for a handover.

What it costs

Studio is $29 a month, Studio Pro is $59 and Team is $199. The free plan is 15 deliveries a month with tracking included, which is enough to find out whether this fits. Compare the plans, or read how Campsend compares with WeTransfer if that's what the agency uses now.
