Campsend
Use Campsend when the work is finished, one person needs it, and you want to know it arrived. It is a web app and an API, and nothing else.
WeTransfer
Campsend asks you to make an account before you can send anything, because knowing whether a delivery was opened means knowing whose it was. If you send a file once a quarter, that's a worse deal than a service you never log into. Your client also already knows the name.
Dropbox or Google Drive
Use a shared drive when people need folders, syncing, and files that stay shared over months. Campsend has none of that, on purpose, and it isn't going to grow them.
