A delivery goes to one email address, so an open means that person opened it.
The last step
Client file delivery for freelancers and studios.
You finish the work and then you have to hand it over. Campsend gives that handover a page with your name on it, addressed to one client, with a record of when the files were downloaded.
What a delivery is
Four things every one of them has.
Your logo and your colors on the page the client lands on, and on the email that takes them there.
The link expires. Work you handed over in March stops being a live URL sitting in somebody's inbox.
When it was sent, when it was first opened, when a file was first downloaded. How download tracking works.
How you send one
Upload, address, send.
There is no folder to make, no permission to set, and nothing for the client to sign up for.
Upload the finished files
Up to 15 GB in one delivery on Pro and 100 GB on Team. The files travel in the delivery, so the client never follows a link into another service.
Address it to the client
One email address, a subject and a note. Campsend sends the email under your name.
Watch for the download
The delivery's page shows when it was opened and when a file was downloaded, so you know whether to ask.
When to use something else
Campsend is for finished work.
A shared drive is the better tool for some of what you do, and we would rather say so here than have you find out later.
Work in progress
Files that change every day belong somewhere both of you can edit. How Campsend compares to Google Drive.
Anything the client edits
Campsend hands a copy over. Nobody edits in place and there is no version to sync back. How Campsend compares to Dropbox.
A folder you both use daily
For an engagement running all year with the same client, a shared folder saves the sending. Campsend suits the work that arrives as a single handover.
Who sends this way
People whose work has a delivery date.
Designers and studios
Logo packs, brand guidelines and the source files, handed over once and marked done. File delivery for designers.
Creative agencies
Several people sending every week, and a producer who needs to know what landed. Client file delivery for creative agencies.
Photographers
A retouched shoot going to one couple, one brand or one editor. Client file delivery for photographers.
What it costs
Every paid plan is one flat price.
The free plan sends 15 deliveries a month with tracking and branding included. Paid plans differ on people, storage and how large one delivery can be.
